Commission rates
How the commission model works
Commission applies to GP — not to your revenue. On upsells to your existing clients, you keep 75% of the GP we generate. On new clients, we take 35% of the first year's revenue, stepping down to 10% on rebooks after month 12.

Retainer as the minimum

The retainer is the floor. If commission we generate exceeds the retainer, you pay commission. If not, you pay the retainer. Your minimum is always the retainer.
Partner
The retainer is the cap. At this level, commission is capped at the retainer value — giving you cost certainty as your business scales and our work compounds.
Performance only (alternative)
No retainer, commission only. Available for clients not yet ready to commit to a monthly fee. 12-month minimum commitment required.
Less than the cost of one hire. None of the risk.
