The founders
Our founders bring over 40 years of combined experience across compliance sales, business development, and senior management. That includes leading sales teams, managing multi-site compliance programmes, building revenue from cold in competitive markets, and running operations across PAT testing, fire risk assessment, legionella, electrical, emergency lighting, and more.
We have held senior positions — including Head of Sales roles responsible for teams of 15 to 20 people, with direct accountability for revenue growth from £6.9m to over £10m. We understand what it takes to build a compliance business commercially because we have done it.
